PeerVal resolves disputed marketplace reviews. When a review is challenged by a Seller, our AI scores it against seven distinct proprietary analysis domains.

AI case decisions can be escalated to a panel of verified human judges drawn from the same marketplace, who rule on the evidence.

The final output is a documented and defensible determination and not just a support ticket closed out on arbitrary judgment calls.

Case data is minimized at intake. Peer judges see only the evidence required to score the case, with party identifiers stripped.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, retained on a defined schedule, and processed under a data processing agreement with each marketplace partner.

GDPR and CCPA subject requests route through the originating marketplace as controller.

Three integration paths, all leaving core review infrastructure untouched:
